陳國瑞人物經歷
2010年畢業於山東大學,獲理學學士學位;2016年畢業於復旦大學物理系,獲物理學博士學位 ;2017年至2020年在美國加州大學伯克利分校和勞倫斯-伯克利國家實驗室從事博士後研究;2020年底加入上海交通大學物理與天文學院,任長聘教軌副教授、課題組長。
陳國瑞研究方向
石墨烯等二維材料,二維範德華異質結,石墨烯摩爾超晶格,強關聯與超導物理,拓撲物理,新型量子器件的設計與製備,低温強磁場電輸運測量,量子霍爾效應等。
從事實驗凝聚態物理研究,主要關注二維材料及其異質結中出現的新奇物理現象。通過設計與製備高質量新型二維量子器件,近年來在石墨烯摩爾超晶格的強關聯、超導、拓撲等方面做出一系列工作,其成果發表在Nature、Nature Physics、Nature Materials、PRL、Nano Letters等學術期刊雜誌上。課題組將關注新型二維材料體系,包括基於新型二維材料、摩爾超晶格、範德華異質結構等的高質量器件和極端條件的電輸運研究。
