陳受宜

陳受宜,女,榮譽研究員,博士生導師。該實驗室主要研究方向是植物對逆境應答的分子機制和大豆基因組學。陳受宜研究員出生於1940年。
1995年獲中科院巾幗英雄獎及優秀教師獎;2000年獲中科院華為獎教金;2004年獲973項目完成先進個人獎;2005年獲山東省科學技術獎二等獎和中科院第二屆“十大傑出婦女”提名獎;2006年獲中科院研究生院優秀教師榮譽稱號,2007年獲教育部科技進步一等獎。為第八、九、十屆全國政協委員。 [1]

陳受宜人物經歷

1963年畢業於北京大學生物系生物化學專業,1963-1989在中科院生物物理研究所工作,1981-1982和1982-1984分別在美國哥倫比亞大學生物系和紐約公共衞生研究所任訪問學者。1989-1999在中科院遺傳研究所任副研,副所長;研究員,所長。1999-至今任研究員。

陳受宜研究方向

1.植物耐逆性分子機制及基因工程
對植物應答非生物脅迫的分子調控機制進行了比較系統的研究。克隆並功能分析了大豆與耐逆性相關的8個轉錄因子家族中的近20個基因以及其它鹽生等植物中的10餘個基因。應用上述基因為目的基因,獲得高耐逆性轉基因水稻、楊樹、草坪草等,同時,專利基因已經提供貴11個研究組培育高耐逆性作物的實驗,其中轉基因楊樹、香花槐和小麥已獲環境釋放。
2.大豆基因組研究
南京農業大學合作,應用重組自交系構建基因組遺傳圖譜;在EST測序的基礎上構建轉錄圖譜;標記重要農藝性狀;克隆與耐逆性及品質相關基因並研究其功能和作用機理。
應用南農提供的重組自交系已構建了大豆基因組圖譜,在南京和北京分別標記了21個與農藝性狀相關的基因。克隆了防衞基因和油脂生物合成相關調控基因。

陳受宜主要貢獻
