銀行開户許可證

銀行存款帳户分為基本存款帳户、一般存款帳户、臨時存款帳户和專用存款帳户。

基本存款帳户是存款人辦理日常轉帳結算和現金收付的帳户。存款人的工資、獎金等現金的支取，只能通過基本存款帳户辦理。臨時存款帳户有效期限由當地人民銀行參照臨時營業執照的有效時間或有權部門批准設立外來臨時機構時間核定。借款轉存帳户有效期限根據借款合同約定的借款期限核定。專用存款帳户有效期限由當地人民銀行根據規定用途資金需要核定

下列存款人可以申請開立基本存款帳户。

1、企業法人；

2、企業法人內部單獨核算的單位；

3、管理財政預算資金和預算外資金的財政部門；

4、實行財政預算管理的行政、事業單位(財務獨立核算)；

5、社會團體；

6、外地常設機構、個體經營户、私營企業；

7、法律服務所；

8、國家法律允許的宗教組織。

申請基本存款賬户開户許可證應出具基本存款賬户申請表和代碼證正本、複印件以及以下相關的證明文件：

（1）當地工商行政管理機關核發的《企業法人執照》或《營業執照》正本及複印件；

（2）中央或地方編制委員會批文及複印件；

（3）駐地有權部門對外地常設機構的批文及複印件；

（4）事業單位法人證書或事業單位登記證及其複印件；

（5）社會團體登記證及複印件；

（6）民營非企業單位登記證及複印件；

（7）法律服務執業證書；

（8）宗教活動許可證。

（1）存款人如需變更單位名稱、法人等事項，應書面向開户行提出申請，並提供相應證明文件（如變更後的《企業法人執照》或《營業執照》正本及複印件、變更後的代碼證正本及複印件、有權部門有關文件的規定），經開户行簽署意見後持原開户許可證正、付本或審核卡到當地人民銀行換髮新證（卡）。

（2）存款人如需撤銷存款帳户，必須向開户行交回開户許可證正本由開户行於7日內報送人民銀行進行撤銷。

需在省級或者市級以上報紙上刊登遺失聲明廣告。存款人開户許可證、審核卡因遺失或其他原因需補發的，應由單位出具公函説明原因，並持本單位介紹信、開户申請表或向開户銀行借用許可證副本進行補辦。

Instructions for opening account

I. The units, individuals and the banks, credit cooperatives can not open a basic account without this permit.

II.The permit includes the original and duplicate. The original is issued to the applicant; the duplicate is kept in the bank for file.

III.If the depositor removes the basic account, this permit shall be returned.

IV.Permit for Opening Bank Account is compiled by the Bank of China. No forgery, alteration or copy is allowed.
