酒店情景英語

《酒店情景英語（第二版）》分為五大部分共23個單元，每部分由各自部門的主要工作流程組成，每個部分自成完整的學習內容。每一工作流程為1個學習單元，每一個單元設定2-4個典型工作情景，圍繞每個工作情景，設置3-4個不同的學習任務。每一個單元還包含1篇拓展閲讀，2-3個情景對話及詞彙表和詳細的註釋，還配有句型操練、角色扮演、情景對話、口頭翻譯等口頭練習、常用句型和附加專業詞彙等。
