鄭曉峯研究內容
鄭曉峯教授和羅明教授課題組對一個新的NADP(H)結合蛋白(HSCARG) 的結構與功能特徵進行了研究。NADP和一氧化氮是兩個重要的具有廣泛調節功能的信號分子,是否存在連接這兩個信號通路的調節蛋白一直是人們關注的問題。

HSCARG是一個新的NADPH sensor蛋白,它是連接細胞氧化還原狀態與一氧化氮信號通路的一個關鍵的蛋白:HSCARG通過感應細胞內NADP(H)濃度的變化,發生構象的變化來發揮其調節功能。
