鄭文傑,男,1980年11月出生,台灣宜蘭人,博士,現任西安建築科技大學土木工程學院教授 [1]  、博士生導師。主要研究方向為重大工程地質災害誘發機理和防治、軟土地基與深基礎工程、土壤污染運移行為機理、岩土工程光纖監測技術。陝西省普通高校青年傑出人才(2017) [2] 西安建築科技大學雁塔青年學者(2018)。鄭文傑教授長期從事重大工程地質災害誘發機理和對策、岩土工程光纖監測技術發展研究工作,研究工作已在多本國際著名SCI檢索學術期刊上發表;近年來共發表SCI、EI檢索學術期刊論文40餘篇 [1]  ,SCI論文引用近300次 [3]  ,個人H-index值為11。 [4]
