鄭世林，中國社會科學院數量經濟與技術經濟研究所研究員，創新政策與評估研究室主任。曾任北京大學國家發展研究院副研究員。兼任山東省人民政府發展研究中心特聘研究員、工信部產業政策研究專家庫成員、中國社會科學院大學教授、中南財經政法大學碩士生導師、太原理工大學客座教授等。在《經濟研究》、《管理世界》、《世界經濟》、《中國工業經濟》、《經濟學季刊》、《數量經濟技術經濟研究》，以及China Economic Review，Economics of Transition, Technological Forecasting and Social Change，Telecommunications Policy等中英文期刊發表論文70餘篇。榮獲第四屆“蔣一葦企業改革與發展學術基金獎”、中國信息經濟學理論貢獻獎、《光明日報》2017年中國智庫成果獎等。主持和參與國家自然科學基金、部委和地方政府委託課題50餘項。
