郭志剛基本情況

2005年畢業於南京大學,獲生物化學與分子生物學博士學位。畢業後加入美國Tanox生物製藥公司從事抗腫瘤抗體藥物研發,後赴美國希望城國家醫學中心貝克曼研究所從事抗腫瘤研究。2011年3月入職南京師範大學。現任南京師範大學生命科學學院副院長、江蘇省生物化與分子生物學學會副理事長、江蘇省發育與細胞生物學會副理事長、江蘇省分子醫學生物技術重點實驗室主任。
在抗腫瘤研究領域取得多個原創發現,提出了“基於DNA修復抑制的抗腫瘤策略”並開發了一系列DNA修復抑制劑藥物,抗腫瘤CAR-T項目正進入人體臨牀試驗階段,為CAR-T治療實體瘤提供了新的解決方案。
開發了國內首個靶向間皮素的自體T細胞治療藥物,獲得國家藥監局批准 [1] 
長期從事腫瘤生物學機制和抗腫瘤藥物開發研究,致力於揭示腫瘤發生、發展的關鍵機制,尋找新靶點和創新抗腫瘤藥物開發。在近來的研究中,帶領團隊聚焦CAR-T治療實體腫瘤以及通用型CAR-T研究,取得多個原創發現,發表SCI論文近百篇。在國際上率先發現DNA修復抑制劑促進CAR-T實體腫瘤浸潤,為CAR-T實體瘤治療提供新的思路。研究成果“基於DNA修復抑制的抗腫瘤機制研究和藥物開發”,獲江蘇省高校科技成果一等獎(2021年),入選教育部新世紀優秀人才計劃、江蘇省雙創計劃。獲國家僑界貢獻獎、江蘇青年科技獎。帶領團隊獲批多個國家一類新藥臨牀批件。近年來聚焦通用型CAR-T治療實體瘤的研究和產業化。 [2]
