郝愛軍人物經歷

郝愛軍,畢業於山東醫科大學,獲醫學學士,醫學碩士學位;1993年至1999年在山東醫科大學醫學系組織學與胚胎學教研室任教。後赴新加坡國立大學攻讀博士學位,2002年畢業於新加坡國立大學醫學院神經科學專業,獲博士學位。同年進入新加坡國立分子生物學研究所做高級研究員。2004年作為高層次引進人才回山東大學醫學院組織學與胚胎學教研室擔任教授, 博士生導師。

郝愛軍主要貢獻

在我國著名胚胎學家高英茂教授指導下,從事生長因子在胚胎細胞分化過程中作用的研究, 對與胚胎細胞分化發育密切相關的多種蛋白進行了系統的免疫組化和分子原位雜交研究。後在著名神經科學學家、新加坡科學院院士Eng Ang Ling (小膠質細胞的發現者)教授的指導下,從事膠質細胞的起源、功能和各種病理狀態下膠質細胞作用機制的研究。對於傳統的神經病理和神經發育生物學研究打下了深厚的理論和實驗基礎,建立了理想的動物模型,並在體外神經細胞的培養方面對膠質細胞的功能機制進行了深入的研究。期間還在神經發育生物學家S.T. Dheen的分子神經生物學實驗室,利用RT-PCR、microarray differential display等方法對神經發育疾病發生機制進行了更加深入的探索。應著名生物化學和分子生物學家、細胞信號傳導分子STAT3的主要研究者、新加坡科學技術委員會(A*STAR)首席科學家Xinmin Cao教授的邀請,進入到新加坡國立分子生物學研究所做高級研究員,並與之進行了合作研究。充分利用分子生物學和生物化學的高技術方法,如:分子克隆(Cloning)、基因剔除(Gene knock-out)、細胞轉染(Cell Transfection)、蛋白質分析技術等進一步做關於神經發育機制和功能方面的研究。主要以神經幹細胞胚胎幹細胞的誘導分化, 信號傳導以及它們在臨牀疾病模型的應用研究作為自己的主要研究方向。
