邵寧生人物經歷

1992年軍事醫學科學院基礎醫學研究所獲博士學位;
1995年7月-1998年4月美國Thomas Jefferson大學和Allegheny大學博士後;
2003以後任職軍事醫學科學院

邵寧生研究方向

1. 非編碼RNA結構與功能研究,主要是miRNA在生命過程及重大疾病發生髮展過程中的功能研究。
2. 隨機生物文庫技術包括隨機肽庫技術及SELEX技術在重大疾病及傳染性病原微生物診斷和治療方面的應用基礎研究。
3. 革蘭氏陽性菌毒素產生及其調控機制的研究,這方面的研究對認識革蘭氏陽性菌感染的防治具有重要意義。

邵寧生科研著述

先後承擔和參加國家“973”課題、國家“863” 課題、國家自然科學基金兩地模式項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、北京市自然科學基金面上項目共計20餘項。申請國家發明專利10餘項,已經獲得授權5項,申請國際PCT專利4項。在國內外專業雜誌發表研究論文及綜述90餘篇,其中國外SCI雜誌發表研究論文30餘篇。參編學術專著和譯著7部。獲北京科技進步二等獎2項(2003,2008)。

5. 國家基金面上課題:體外micoRNA 模型的建立及microRNA對靶mRNA翻譯阻抑機制的研究,2005-2007。
