車鍾

船舶車鍾(Telegraph )是駕駛台與機艙聯繫用車的一種最重要的手段。

車鍾產品類型

船舶車鍾一般來説有微速進、前進一、前進二、前進三、停車、微速退、後退一、後退二、後退三共9種車鍾。如果駕駛台想用前進二,就把車鍾推到前進二位置向機艙發出用車指令,機艙下面就會聽到鈴聲,輪機員把車鍾推到同樣的位置鈴聲才會停止(駕駛台和機艙的車鍾鈴聲是同時響同時停),機艙立即執行用車指令,把主機開到前進二。注意,在用車之前是要備車的,時間一般要求提前40分鐘,主機備妥後,駕駛員和輪機員還要核對車鐘的一致性。
車鍾
每次用車指令的變換,駕駛台和機艙的控制室都要求做記錄,專門有車鍾記錄本。離港從備車開始一直記到海速(SEA SPEED) 。
2000年以後造的船舶大多車鐘的變換會被計算機直接記錄了,樣子也有變化了。

車鍾操縱術語

備車(Standby Engine),作為船舶操縱術語,指船舶開航前,為使主機處於隨時能夠使用的狀態而進行準備工作的操作過程。備車的目的是使船舶動力裝置處於隨時可起動和運轉狀態。
一般而言,船舶開航前的備車時間一般在半小時至六小時之間。備車內容包括:供電準備;校對時鐘、車鍾;校對舵機;暖機;各動力系統的準備;轉車、衝車和試車。試車的目的是:為了檢查起動系統、換向裝置、燃油噴射系統、油量調節機構及調速器工作是否正常。
駕駛員通過車鍾向機艙輪機員傳達這一指令。航海日誌和輪機日誌均應對這一過程作準確的記錄,以便有關機關在船舶發生海事時能夠據以查明事實,分清責任。有的國家規定下達備車指令之時為開航當時,所以根據《海牙規則》等規定,承運人最遲應在下達備車指令之時使船舶適航
telegraph/engine telegraph車鍾----是用來控制船的航速的,分為前進(AHEAD)和後退(ASTERN)。前進後退再各分四檔,就是“進1”“進2”“進3”“進4”“倒1”“倒2”“倒3”“倒4”,從一到四速度依次增加。
航行途中,車鍾一般置於“進4”,也就是通常説的全速前進。當船靠港、離港、拋錨時,才會改變車鍾。

1.由駕駛室向機艙傳達主機轉速命令及機艙回答命令執行情況的設備。including equipments used for transmitting the main engine’s rotational speed commands from the wheelhouse to the engine room and the responding commands from the engine room to the wheelhouse.
2.在特殊的情況下,由機艙傳達主機現行速度的命令,而駕駛室回答命令when in a special situation, the current main engine’s rotational speed is transmitted by engine room , the wheelhouse answer the commands.
3.誤車報警:當運行雙方同步時,指示燈亮,不同步時為閃亮並有聲光誤車報警;一旦同步,操作正確,自動撤消報警。
Order error alarm: the indicator lamp is light when both sides is synchronous, the indicator lamp glitters when both sides is not synchronous, accompanying with sound and light alarm; as long as both sides is synchronous ,the alarm will stop automatically.
4.失電報警:當主電源失電時,發出聲光報警。
power supply failure alarm: there will be a sound and light alarm when the main power supply fail to work properly.
5.調光:可隨外界光線強弱調節駕駛室傳令鐘面板上指示燈,方便駕駛人員操作。
light adjust: adjust the indicator lamp on the telegraph pannel in the wheelhouse to adapt to the intensity of the light outside.
6.二路電源供電DC24V,帶自動轉換功能。Two sets DC24V power supply, with automatically change .
7.應急車令鍾共分十一檔:進四、進三、進二、進一、停車、完車、備車、退一、退二、退三、退四。
