趙豔，女，湖北公安人，1968年2月出生, 博士，蘭州大學資源環境學院教授,博士生導師，蘭州大學中德干旱環境研究中心主任，教育部“新世紀優秀人才”計劃入選者。近年來主要從事中國西北乾旱、半乾旱區晚第四紀古生態學和古氣候學研究，主持了兩項國家自然科學基金項目、一項教育部“新世紀優秀人才”支持計劃項目和多項教育部和國家自然科學基金委的國際合作研究項目，參加了國家自然科學基金委重點項目，是國家基金委“創新羣體”的骨幹成員之一。先後多次到美國、英國和德國等國家交流訪問，開展了卓有成效的國際合作研究。在國內外核心刊物上發表論文30多篇，近5年以第一作者在國際SCI刊物上發表論文10餘篇。
