趙晟研究方向

研究方向和興趣:
實驗室的研究方向主要集中在對動物在生理、病理及行為等變化下所涉及的神經系統、內分泌系統、消化系統和生殖系統的相關機制的研究方面。研究動物行為學,認知,相關疾病的發生發展,等等。另外,在技術領域,實驗室對新的高通量精確核酸定量技術和新型在體內基因學操作技術的研發等也具有相當濃厚的興趣。實驗室通過使用多種動物模型和基因學工具,結合行為學和生物化學、分子生物學、生物信息學等跨領域技術手段開展相關研究工作。實驗室感興趣的幾個具體研究方向包括基礎研究和技術研發兩大類,若干具體方向:
(1)基礎研究:
l神經肽或生長因子等信號對神經系統,動物行為,和生殖系統的影響。
l尋找針對腦卒中的潛在診療分子及其機制研究。
l尋找改善糖尿病相關併發症的診療分子及其機制研究。
l宿主和菌羣之間的相互關係。
(2)應用研究(新技術研發):
l在體靶向病毒
l基因編輯技術
l光/磁遺傳技術
lB-細胞展示技術
l原位核酸放大技術 [1]
