趙巖研究方向

膜蛋白在所有物種的生命活動中都起着至關重要的作用,幫助物質、能量以及信號實現跨生物膜的傳遞。在已知的基因組測序中,30%左右的基因負責編碼膜蛋白。大約50%的藥物分子靶向膜蛋白,這些都顯示出膜蛋白具有重要的生物學和醫學研究意義。本實驗室的研究方向是利用冷凍電子顯微術、電生理實驗以及其他生物化學手段研究神經系統中重要的膜蛋白複合物的三維結構,並闡明這些複合物工作的分子機制。 [1]
