許曉東

1989年在北京農業大學農業微生物專業獲學士學位，1995年在北京農業大學微生物學專業獲碩士學位，2009年在英國雷丁大學（University of Reading）病毒學專業獲博士學位。

2009年11月到西北農林科技大學生命科學學院工作。

2001.11－2009.10英國雷丁大學（University of Reading），Technician, Research Assistant。 從事桿狀病毒表達系統、單鏈抗體（scFv）、HIV和口蹄疫基因工程疫苗的研究。

1995.07－2000.07中國科學院微生物研究所，科技處職員、副處長，綜合辦公室主任。

1989.07－1992.08黑龍江省牡丹江製藥廠，助理工程師。 ^[1] 

主講本科生“分子生物學”等課程。 ^[1] 

1.桿狀病毒的分子生物學。包括與病毒晚期基因表達相關的調控因子、病毒與宿主細胞的互作等領域的研究。

2.朊病毒。近期我們在桿狀病毒中發現了病毒中的第一例朊病毒——LEF10。我們推測其他種類的病毒中也存在朊病毒，因此我們擬用實驗室已經建立的方法廣泛篩選朊病毒。

實驗室條件：能完整地實現PCR獲得目的基因、克隆到相應的表達載體、原核或真核表達目標蛋白、蛋白質檢測、蛋白質間相互作用、重組桿狀病毒構建以及通過流式細胞術對細胞進行統計學分析。目前除了一個通用實驗室之外，我們還建有一個具備二氧化碳培養箱、倒置顯微鏡等設備的動物細胞培養室，用於昆蟲細胞和哺乳動物細胞培養室。 ^[1]
