蘭文智研究方向

營養分配和植物生長髮育;植物營養穩態與逆境脅迫
研究內容:
生命活動依賴於物質的有效分配。植物利用各種膜(質膜和內膜)定位的轉運體蛋白將營養物質(養分)運送到特定的細胞空間,優化有限養分的利用,保障正常/逆境條件下生長髮育的需要。本課題組主要利用分子生物學、生物物理學、組織化學、蛋白熒光標記和分子遺傳學等方法,探討植物協調物質分配的分子機理;側重於鑑定關鍵膜系統蛋白組分及其信號轉導過程,為分子培育優質作物提供新基因和新理論。 [1]
