現主要從事水稻碳-氮、鋅、鐵營養的分子生物學和生理生化方面的研究。

（1）國家自然科學基金：超量表達氮代謝途徑關鍵基因對水稻碳-氮代謝平衡影響的研究（31000932），（2011-2013年），主持。

（2）教育部高校博士點新教師基金項目：抑制表達OsGS2基因調控水稻碳-氮代謝平衡的功能研究（略），（2011-2012），主持。

（3）科研啓動專項：水稻氨基酸轉運蛋白基因家族的生物信息學和表達譜分析及其突變體鑑定（2009BQ078），（2010-2011年），主持。

（4）公益性行業（農業）科研專項：南方低產水稻土改良技術研究與示範（201003016）,（2010-2014），參加。
