董磊研究方向

主要從事生物材料與生物系統的相互作用研究,目前的研究重點是納米物質與細胞的相互作用界面。研究內容是納米物質與生理環境中細胞的相互作用方式及原理,Protein corona 介導的納米物質/細胞表面生物大分子相互作用,增強/增加細胞對環境因素響應能力的新型納米生物技術,以及納米材料與生物系統相互作用研究中的新方法和新技術。以上研究有助於理解環境中的納米物質對人體生物系統的影響,併為未來先進材料與生物系統的深度融合提供新的技術和理論。在此基礎之上,課題組還進行智能納米藥物遞送系統,組織修復、重構及工程化,以及炎症相關疾病的轉化醫學研究等方向上的探索。 [1]
