董曉

董曉,博士,河南師範大學副教授碩士生導師。2014年6月畢業於復旦大學,獲得博士學位。長期從事光伏材料的第一性原理計算研究。主持國家自然科學基金項目兩項,省部級項目一項,教育廳項目一項,參與國家自然科學基金項目四項。在超飽和摻雜硅材料的研究方面取得了一系列研究成果,在國際著名刊物,如Applied Physics Letters, Optics Express等,發表SCI論文二十餘篇,並受邀為光學領域著名刊物Optics Letters審稿。 [1]

2014年7月到河南師範大學任教,現為河南師範大學物理與材料科學學院副教授。
