葛茂發， 北京分子科學國家實驗室研究員 ^[1] 

曾在德國洪堡大學化學所(博士後)、韓國浦項工科大學化學系(高級研究科學家)、日本關西先端研究中心(日本學術振興會特別研究員)從事研究工作； 2003年9月入選中國科學院 “引進海外傑出人才” (百人計劃)； 2003年10月 中科院化學所研究員，博士生導師。 IGBP（國際地圈生物圈計劃）中國委員會SOLAS（上層海洋-低層大氣）工作組成員2005年，中國氣象學會大氣化學委員會副主任委員2006年3月，分子動態與穩態結構國家重點實驗室副主任
