胡煒人物經歷

胡煒簡歷

1968年11月出生,博士,中國科學院水生生物研究所研究員,博士生導師,中國水產學會水產生物技術專業委員會委員,《農業生物技術學報》和《遺傳》編委。1991年畢業於南開大學生物系,獲理學學士學位;2002年獲中科院研究生院博士學位。主要從事魚類生殖發育調控、魚類基因工程育種、克隆胚胎再程序化機制等研究。主持國家自然科學基金重點項目、863項目、973課題及湖北省傑出青年人才基金等多項研究。
在Genetics,Endocrinology,Journal of Molecular Cell Biology,Journal of Neuroendocrinology,Biology of Reproduction,MarineBiotechnology等學術期刊上發表SCI論文80餘篇,其中封面論文4篇;參編國內外著作5本。獲美國發明專利3項,獲中國發明專利5項。 [1]

魚類基因工程學科組的研究工作發端於上世紀70年代末的魚類細胞核移植試驗:朱作言先生在著名實驗胚胎學家童第周先生的領導下,通過合作研究完成鯉鯽間的細胞核移植,首次實現脊椎動物的種間克隆。上世紀80年代,朱作言先生領導開創魚類基因轉移研究新領域,研製世界首批快速生長的轉基因魚。以上成果作為近代中國科技領域的兩大重要科研成就被載入《世界科學年史》(A. Hellemans & B. Bunch, 美國Simon & Schuster出版社)。 [2]

魚類基因工程與生殖發育調控 [1] 

胡煒主要成就

主持國家傑出青年基金、國家自然科學基金重點項目、863項目、國家重點研發計劃項目和湖北省傑出青年基金等研究。發現脊椎動物中樞神經系統中最主要的抑制性神經遞質GABA對生殖具有雙重調控作用,揭示了魚類生殖軸中重要信號分子在脊椎動物雌雄生殖中的不同功能及調控性腺發育的機理,發現了魚類生殖軸與生長軸間新的信號調控通路,發現魚類配子成熟需要RNA的m6A甲基化修飾,創建了魚類育性可控的生殖開關新策略。合作培育出具有優良養殖性狀的冠鯉和生殖發育可控的吉鯉,全面系統地評價了冠鯉的生態安全。首次報道了低溶氧耐受魚的成功研製。建立了黃鱔、鯉、鱘等重要養殖魚類高效特異的基因組編輯技術平台,並有效運用於遺傳育種和基因功能研究。建立模式動物斑馬魚的克隆技術,獲得斑馬魚體細胞再程序化機制及克隆胚發育機理研究的新發現。 [1]
