1986年—1990年，就讀於北京大學心理學系，獲得理學學士。

1995年—2001年，就讀於中國科學院心理研究所，獲得理學碩士、博士。

2007年—2008年，就讀於瑞士日內瓦大學，獲得教育心理學博士後。 ^[1] 

1990年—1995年，北京大學心理學系研究助理。

2001年—2011年，中國人民大學公共管理學院教育研究所。

2011年—，中國人民大學理學院心理學系教師。 ^[1]
