聖西蒙（Saint-Simon，1675—1755年），即聖西蒙公爵，本名路易·德·魯弗魯瓦（Louis de Rouvroy），法國政治家、作家，早年從軍，1702年放棄軍職；儘管路易十四厭惡此人，但最終還是讓他常住凡爾賽宮。路易十四死後，聖西蒙於1715—1723年間出任攝政委員會成員。攝政期結束後，聖西蒙退居自己的莊園。

從歷史學角度看，聖西蒙最大的貢獻在於其撰寫的長篇《回憶錄》（Memoirs of Duc de Saint-Simon，寫於1739—1751年），該書對1691—1715年間路易十四的內政外交作了詳細記述。在聖西蒙的筆下，路易十四是個一無是處之人，他性格孤傲、智力低下，正因如此，他一方面阻礙了資產階級的發展，另一方面又害苦了傳統大貴族。這部《回憶錄》初版於1788年，後來又出了多種增補本。
