1991年畢業於清華大學精密儀器與機械學系，學士學位

1994年畢業於中國科技大學精密機械與精密儀器系，碩士學位

1994年至2001年在中國科技大學精密機械與精密儀器系工作，任助教、講師

1998年至1999年日本駐波大學訪問學者

2001年至今在中國科技大學工程與材料科學實驗中心工作，任講師、副教授
