羅雄麟人物簡歷

1983年7月畢業於大慶石油學院(現東北石油大學)石油煉製專業,獲工學學士學位。
1986年6月畢業於華東石油學院北京研究生部-現中國石油大學(北京)石油加工專業,獲工學碩士學位。
1986年6月參加工作於中國石油大學(華東)留校任教,先後歷任煉製系助教、講師、副教授、煉油教研室副主任,九三學社中國石油大學(華東)支社委員、山東省東營市第四屆政協委員。
1994年9月至1997年6月在中國石油大學(北京)攻讀博士學位,1997年6月獲工學博土學位,留校任教。
1999年9月正式調入中國石油大學(北京)任教,先後任校學位評定委員會委員、自動化系主任、控制科學與工程學科負責人、校學術委員會委員、校工會副主席、九三學社中國石油大學支社主委。
2018年負責組建中國石油大學(北京)信息科學與工程學院,任籌備工作小組組長,2018年11月成立。
2022年4月退休,在讀碩博研究生指導工作延續至2024年。
主要成績:
1、培養了一大批本、碩、博畢業生。獲“北京高校優秀德育工作者”榮譽稱號。 [23] 
2、在控制理論與過程控制、化工系統工程、過程監控與安全、應用數學與統計學、模式識別與智能系統等多個學科領域取得較多學術成就,發表論文較多。
3、成功申報自主設置博士點“化工裝備與過程控制”(一級學科:化學工程與技術)、申報二級學科博士點“控制理論與控制工程”(一級學科:控制科學與工程)、一級學科博士點“控制科學與工程”。
4、管理中國石油大學(北京)自動化系14年,自動化專業成功申報教育部高等學校特色專業並負責建設。另外,成功申報“智能科學與技術”專業。
5、負責組建了中國石油大學(北京)信息科學與工程學院。

羅雄麟學術兼職

羅雄麟教學教育

羅雄麟從事工業自動化和化學工程等方面的教學和科研工作,講授過“石油煉製工程”、“化工專業英語”、“化工數據處理及實驗設計”、“化工系統工程”、“化學反應工程”、“化工過程動態學”、“系統辨識”、“最優控制”、“自動控制原理”和“智能控制系統”等課程,主要講授“過程控制工程”、“過程控制工程專題”、“大系統控制論”等課程。主編和參編《石油煉製工程》(第三版、第四版)、《化學工程(石油加工)專業英語閲讀教程》等教材或叢書4部。培養研究生200多名,其中碩士畢業研究生150多名、博士畢業研究生26名、博士後出站3名,在讀碩博研究生12名。 [2]  多次組織和指導自動化系教師和學生參加2006-2012年全國大學生控制仿真挑戰賽,分別獲得一、二、三等獎各2次。2010年負責的自動化專業獲教育部高等學校特色專業建設點。2013年“實施優勢轉化戰略,強化工程實踐教學環境建設,提升實踐教學質量”獲第七屆北京市高等教育教學成果獎二等獎。2017-2021年度“北京高校優秀德育工作者”。 [23] 

羅雄麟科學研究

科研工作涉及控制理論及應用、過程控制工程、過程系統工程等,同時長期從事煉油化工過程軟測量儀表與先進控制、過程流程模擬與實時優化等技術開發與工程應用工作。主持和參加“六五”至“九五”國家重點科技攻關項目多項、“十五”國家863項目1項、國家自然科學基金項目5項、國家重點基礎研究發展計劃(973計劃)項目1項,主持和參加省部級科研項目和煉油化工公司科技開發項目30多項。“兩段催化裂化技術開發及熱載體的研究”獲中國石油化工總公司科技進步二等獎,“石化生產過程多變量預估控制技術開發應用”獲2000年中國石化總公司科技進步一等獎,“乙炔加氫反應器的軟測量與先進控制技術”獲2006年度中國石油和化學工業協會技術發明一等獎,2008年獲中國石油和化學工業協會“全國化工優秀科技工作者”稱號。出版《化工過程動態學》 [3]  、《過程控制與工藝設計一體化——催化裂化裝置動態機理建模與控制分析設計》 [4]  和《化工過程流程重構——以乙烯裂解裝置脱甲烷系統為例》 [5]  等專著3部,發表學術研究論文486篇 [1]  ,SCI和EI檢索收錄370餘篇次 [6]  ,獲國家發明專利授權11項 [7]
