第36屆土星獎

Saturn Awards是一個由科幻、奇幻及恐怖電影學院（Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films）舉辦的年度影視獎項，每年頒發不同的獎項給該年最佳的科幻、奇幻及恐怖電影及電視劇。土星獎創立於1972年，旨在獎勵和推進當年電影及電視領域的科幻類及恐怖類佳作，以及有突破和創新意義的優秀作品

第36屆土星獎（Saturn Awards）提名名單近日揭曉。卡梅隆執導的3D科幻大片《阿凡達》獲得10項提名領跑。並最終獲得10個獎項。

第36屆土星獎公佈全部獲獎名單。獲得10項提名的《阿凡達》最終以萬夫莫敵之勢將這些獎項一個不落全部都拿下，贏得了包括最佳科幻電影、最佳導
阿凡達
演和最佳男女主角、最佳男女配角在內的10個重量級大獎。在奧斯卡金像獎上敗給《拆彈部隊》的《阿凡達》總算在土星獎中大贏了一回。詹姆斯·卡梅隆憑藉本片斬獲了最佳導演和最佳編劇兩項殊榮，以及評委會特別頒發的“夢想家”獎。

在被《阿凡達》瓜分了幾乎所有重要獎項後，其餘的獎項歸屬有：獲得最佳奇幻電影和最佳服裝兩項大獎的《守望者》，以及儘管有獲得多項提名但最終還是分別只獲得一個獎項的《星際迷航》和《第九區》。最佳恐怖片頒給了《墮入地獄》，《無恥混蛋》則贏得了最佳冒險/動作/驚悚電影獎。《大戰外星人》一舉摘得最佳動畫片獎，而憑藉《可愛的骨頭》中精彩的表現，年輕的小演員西爾莎·羅南獲得了最佳年輕演員表演獎。
