程翔

程翔，2009年在英國赫里奧特瓦特大學（Heriot-Watt University）和愛丁堡大學（The University of Edinburgh）獲得兩所大學聯合授予的博士學位後，2010年加入北京大學，目前是北京大學博雅特聘教授，博導，IEEE Fellow，國家傑青，中國工程院首屆“中國工程前沿傑出青年學者”，IEEE亞太地區傑出青年研究學者，IEEE車輛技術協會傑出講師（Distinguished Lecturer），愛思唯爾2020和2021年度“中國高被引學者”，中國通信學會青年科技獎。 ^[1] 

目前，程翔擔任IET Communications的領域主編，擔任IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications，IEEE Transactions on ITS，IEEE Wireless Communications Letters和Journal of Communications and Networking的編委工作。2021年入選了2個世界科學家榜單，分別是：美國斯坦福大學發佈的全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單和Guide2Research發佈的2020年度全球計算機科學和電子信息領域頂級科學家榜單。 ^[1] 

主要集中於基於數據驅動的智慧網絡和網聯智能研究，側重智慧交通和物流場景，包括無線通信信道建模和應用、通信感知一體化技術、B5G/6G智能車聯網、和多智能體協同理論和技術研究。 ^[1] 

共發表論文280餘篇，其中IEEE期刊120餘篇，包括ESI熱點論文4篇和ESI高被引論文18篇。獲得了多次知名國際期刊和會議的論文獎項，包括IEEE JSAC的最佳期刊論文獎：倫納德•亞伯拉罕獎（Leonard G. Abraham Prize，通信領域影響因子最高的期刊，中國首次獲獎），IET Communications的最佳期刊論文獎：Premium Award，以及8項知名國際會議的最佳會議論文獎（4次旗艦會議）：IEEE ICC’19, ICCS’18, GLOBECOM’18, ICNC’2017, ICC’2016, ITSC’2014, ICCC’2013和ITST’2012的最佳會議論文獎。已授權國際專利2項，中國專利15項，撰寫7部英文專著以及1部英文書籍章節，2部中文專著。獲得了教育部自然科學二等獎和一等獎各一項，中國電子學會自然科學一等獎，中國通信學會技術發明一等獎。牽頭立項了3項國內標準（包括1項行業標準和2項團體標準），參與了10項3GPP國際標準和2項國內行業標準制定。 ^[1]

2022年，程翔教授團隊發表在國際期刊IET Communications的論文“Vehicular Communication Channel Measurement, Modelling, and Application for Beyond 5G and 6G”榮獲該期刊2021年度唯一最佳論文獎：Premium Award。 ^[4]  據悉，IET（The Institution of Engineering and Technology）是歐洲規模最大、全球第二的國際專業學會。IET Communications期刊是IET學會下屬的通信領域權威期刊，也是SCI索引期刊，該期刊每年從過去兩年內發表的所有論文中擇優評選出唯一一篇論文作為期刊最佳論文獎，獲獎率小於0.1%，是通信領域最重要的國際學術獎項之一。 ^[4] 

2024年1月9日，北京大學電子學院程翔教授團隊在全球範圍內首次系統化地建立並論述了通信和多模態感知智能融合的統一框架。 ^[6]
