2019年入選國家級人才工程
2012年蘇州大學獲得博士學位,之後留校工作被聘為講師。
2014年7月晉升為副教授;
2017年8月晉升為研究員;
2019年11月晉升為特聘教授。
2015~2016年期間在美國威斯康辛大學-麥迪遜分校訪學交流。 [1] 

程亮主要成果和技術貢獻

近年來從材料科學領域出發,結合多學科交叉研究的優勢,在納米生物醫學等領域從事科學研究。發展了多種無機納米材料及其複合功能納米材料,利用其獨特的光學、磁學和X-射線吸收等性質,探索了針對腫瘤影像導航下的腫瘤光學治療和聯合治療,並證明了這些功能材料在實現精準治療和提高腫瘤治療的特異性等方面具有獨特的優勢。
從2009年起在國際學術期刊共發表學術論文174篇,論文SCI總他引17661次,SCI “H-index”為66(數據來自Web of science)。其中第一/通訊作者67篇,發表於Chem. Rev.(1篇)、Chem. Soc. Rev.(1篇)、Nat. Commun.(1篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.(1篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(4篇)、Adv. Mater.(3篇)、Natl. Sci. Rev.(1篇)、Nano Today(2篇)、Mater. Hor.(2篇)、Nano Lett.(5 篇)、ACS Nano(6篇)、Adv. Funct. Mater.(5篇)、Small(4篇)、Biomaterials(4篇)等材料、化學領域權威期刊。29篇SCI論文被選為“ESI高被引論文”,最高單篇他引1295次。2017-2020連續四年入選美國科睿唯安公佈的“全球高被引科學家名單”(Highly Cited Researchers)(材料);2017-2019連續三年入選愛思唯爾發佈的“中國高被引學者”(材料)。研究成果先後受到C&EN、Materials Views、Materials Views China和X-MOL等眾多媒體和網站的亮點報道。獲得國家自然科學區域發展聯合基金、青年基金及面上項目、江蘇省自然科學優秀青年基金等項目資助,併入選蘇州大學“仲英學者”、“東吳學者”、江蘇省333人才工程。擔任國際著名期刊雜誌《Journal of Nanobiotechnology》副主編(IF=6.518)。 [1]
