白逢彥

白逢彥 博士 研究員，國家傑出青年基金獲得者，現任中國科學院真菌地衣系統學重點實驗室副主任，中國微生物學會真菌專業委員會副主任委員，中國真菌學會常務理事、副秘書長；國際酵母菌委員會(International Commission on Yeasts)委員；歐洲微生物學會聯合會主辦刊物《FEMS Yeast Research》編委，《菌物學報》副主編，《微生物學報》、《中華微生物學和免疫學雜誌》、《菌物研究》和《生物學通報》等期刊編委。參與國際酵母菌系統學研究領域權威專著和工具書《The Yeasts, a Taxonomic Study》第5版和《The Yeast Handbook: Yeast Taxonomy》的編著。

酵母菌生物多樣性、分子進化和羣體遺傳。在酵母菌資源調查、分類鑑定和菌種保藏的基礎上，重點進行下述方面的研究：(1) 酵母菌系統發育、物種分化與形成機制；(2) 酵母菌應用價值評估及工業酵母菌生產性能的遺傳基礎與改造；(3) 條件致病酵母菌種羣分佈、羣體遺傳、致病機理和分子流行病學。

酵母菌生物多樣性、分子系統學、進化生物學和釀造微生物組。在酵母菌資源調查、分類鑑定和菌種保藏的基礎上，重點進行下述方面的研究：(1) 酵母菌系統發育、物種分化與形成機制；(2) 釀酒酵母菌羣體遺傳學和羣體基因組學；(3) 工業酵母菌優良發酵和抗逆性能的分子機制與遺傳改造；(4) 傳統釀造微生物組學。 ^[3] 

主持國家傑出青年科學基金項目“酵母菌資源與系統學”和國家自然科學基金項目“假絲酵母屬的分子分類學研究”、“中國擲孢酵母及相關類羣的物種多樣性和分子系統學研究”，“酵母菌種間和種內染色體和rDNA等基因序列的變異性和保守性分析”、“致病念珠菌的遺傳多樣性和基因型分析”和“中國病原念珠菌的種羣和基因型分佈”，聯合主持國家自然科學基金海外青年學者合作研究基金項目“中國病原酵母白色念珠菌的多基因譜系分析”；主持國家“十五”科技攻關計劃項目“女性生殖道感染的相關研究”；參加國家863計劃項目生物和現代農業技術領域課題“重要微生物資源的研究和保存”和中國科學院知識創新工程重要方向項目“微生物重要類羣系統發育重建與分子進化研究”等。

作為主持人已完成過多項國家自然科學基金項目和國家科技攻關項目，包括國家傑出青年科學基金項目：酵母菌資源與系統學；基金委重大國際合作項目：擔子菌酵母的分子系統發育；基金委重大研究計劃培育項目：釀酒酵母菌馴化羣體的進化基因組學研究。

目前主持的在研項目包括科技部科技基礎資源調查專項：我國主要沿海灘塗特色微生物資源調查；中國科學院知識創新工程基礎前沿項目：釀酒酵母羣體基因組學與分子演化工程；來自北京牛欄山酒廠、貴州茅台酒廠、山西汾酒廠、江蘇今世緣酒廠和湖北安琪酵母公司等8家大型企業的企業委託研發項目。

與日本、歐洲和美國同行開展了廣泛的國際合作。與荷蘭皇家藝術與科學院真菌多樣性研究中心(CBS-KNAW Fungal Bioversity Center)酵母菌研究組建立了長期穩定的合作研究關係。雙方的合作研究項目成功獲得了中國國家自然科學基金委員會重大國際合作項目和荷蘭皇家藝術與科學院中國交流項目的資助，合作其間雙方研究組長定期短期互訪，本實驗室年輕研究人員每年可在CBS工作5個月。

作為主要編輯之一，與國際酵母菌系統分類學研究領域的權威合作，共同編輯國際酵母菌研究領域的權威專著《The Yeasts》電子版 (http://www.theyeasts.org/page/Homepage)。

通過承接企業委託研發項目和共建院士專家工作站等方式，與北京牛欄山酒廠、貴州茅台酒廠、山西汾酒廠、江蘇今世緣酒廠和湖北安琪酵母公司等8家大型企業建立了合作研究關係，獲得研發項目合同經費1760萬元。 ^[3]
