教學情況
2003年至今,作為本科生《普通微生物學B》、《普通微生物學實驗B》、《生物工程設備》、《微生物學實驗技術》、《生物工藝學實驗》等課程的主講教師。

王秀娟學術研究

王秀娟研究方向

1. 發酵工程:主要包括蛋白酶、纖維素酶、木聚糖酶、果膠酶等多種酶製劑的菌種選育與發酵工藝。
2. 經濟微生物:蛋白質的定向進化;纖維素酶、褐藻膠裂解酶等酶基因的克隆表達、定向進化、發酵應用。
3. 黃瓜根際微生物及內生微生物的研究。
