王玉成，農學博士，教授（三級），博士生導師。林木基因組學科帶頭人。入選中國科學院百人計劃、獲得黑龍江省傑出青年基金、新疆維吾爾自治區傑出青年基金、入選教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃、全國百篇優秀博士論文作者。研究領域為林木抗逆生理與分子生物學。1998年東北林業大學林學院畢業，獲得學士學位，2000年在東北林業大學獲得碩士學位，2005年在東北林業大學獲得博士學位。主持15項目，發表論文79篇，其中SCI論文54篇，出版專著2部，獲得省部級一等獎2項，二等獎3項。主講林木基因組學等專業（學科）課程。指導畢業博士4人，碩士12人。
