1982年畢業於原成都地質學院(現成都理工大學 [1] 
1986年在原西安地質學院(現長安大學)碩士畢業留校 [1] 
1998年在西北大學獲博士學位 [1] 

王濤工作經歷

1986年在原西安地質學院(現長安大學)獲碩士學位,並留校任教;
1993年破格晉升為副教授;
1997年破格晉升為教授。
1999-2001年在北京大學地質學系博士後流動站工作。
2001年3月調入中國地質科學院地質所工作。
2004-2005年在台灣中央研究院地球科學研究所工作一年。
2014年12月任中國地質調查局西安地質調查中心(西安地質礦產研究所)副主任(副所長)。
2016年5月-今,中國地質科學院地質研究所研究員、副所長 [1] 

王濤科學研究

主持完成國家自然科學重點基金、國際合作項目基金、國家973課題和地質調查工程、重大項目等項目;在中國及鄰區花崗岩時空演化、中亞地殼生長及東北亞中生代地殼伸展等方面取得成果;發表論文180餘篇,第一作者60餘篇,第一作者和通訊作者SCI、EI收錄34餘篇;參與出版專著3部。以第一作者獲國土資源部科技一等獎、中國地質調查局科技一等獎、原地礦部1:5萬填圖特優圖幅獎、中國地質科學院十大進展。 [1]
