2002–2008年於中國科學技術大學神經生物和生物物理學系獲博士學位;2008-2012年赴美國康奈爾大學生物醫學系進行博士後研究;2012年進入中國科學院昆明動物研究所任副研究員,2017年起任研究員,博士生導師;現於廣州醫科大學基礎醫學院任教授、博士生導師
研究方向
主要研究方向為神經藥理學,使用分子生物學、電生理記錄、神經元培養及活細胞熒光成像、轉錄組和蛋白質組分析技術以及疾病動物模型,去解析外周神經系統相關疾病的分子機制,尋找疾病治療的新靶點,並在此基礎上進行活性分子及傳統中藥有效成分的篩選、藥理學研究和臨牀實驗。其研究成果以第一或通訊作者發表在Nature、PNAS、EMBO系列等SCI雜誌上,並主持多項國家及地方科研基金項目,合計經費超過600萬元。 [1]
