王春光研究方向

1.微管作為一種重要的細胞骨架,參與細胞形狀和極性維持、胞內物質運輸和細胞分裂等重要的生理活動。微管的動態組裝和穩定性維持受到很多因素的調節,微管狀態紊亂與癌症、神經退行性疾病等密切相關。我們主要研究各種調控微管組裝的蛋白質和小分子化合物的作用機理,以理解微管的調控過程及相關疾病的發生原因和藥物治療機理。
2.動物多肽神經毒素是自然界中產毒動物經過億萬年的進化而形成的具有高活性和高選擇性的神經毒素,可以作為神經生物學研究的有力工具和神經系統疾病的治療藥物。芋螺毒素因為其結構和功能的高度多樣性而倍受關注,也是我們目前的主要研究對象。 [1]

1991年9月-1995年7月,吉林大學生物化學與分子生物學系,獲學士學位;
1995年9月-2000年7月,中科院生物物理所,獲生物化學與分子生物學博士學位;
2000年9月-2003年3月,中科院上海生化所,博士後;
2003年4月-2006年3月,法國國家科研中心結構酶學和結構生物化學實驗室(Laboratoired'EnzymologieetBiochimieStructurales,CNRS),博士後;
2006年5月至今,同濟大學,研究員、博士生導師、蛋白質研究所副所長。 [1] 

王春光獲獎

2005年獲上海市科技進步一等獎;
2006年入選上海市“曙光學者”;
2007年獲上海市“浦江人才”資助;
2008年入選同濟大學優秀青年教師;
2009年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”;
