王新華

先後出席6屆國際搖蚊學會議；全部4屆東亞水生昆蟲學國際會議，2005年負責主辦第三屆東亞水生昆蟲學國際會議。2009年主辦第十七屆搖蚊學國際會議。先後赴美國、德國、英國、挪威、俄羅斯、荷蘭、奧地利、葡萄牙、巴西、印度、日本和韓國等國以及中國香港和台灣地區進行學術交流和出席國際學術會議。

開設本科生《動物學》；碩士研究生《高級動物學》，《水生生物學》，《水生生物學實驗》；博士研究生《動物科學研究動態》和《雙翅目昆蟲學》等課程。

研究方向：水生生物學環境和資源生物學；動物系統學。主要從事水生生物資源及環境生物學研究以及搖蚊科昆蟲系統學等基礎研究。

在搖蚊學研究領域共主持完成國家自然科學基金項目9項；國家自然基金國際合作項目6項；教育部博士點基金1項；國家基礎科技計劃《中國動物志》編研項目1項；參加《昆蟲分類》國家基礎科學人才培養學科點基金1項。先後建立搖蚊科5個新屬，300餘個新種及大批中國新記錄種。與挪威、美國、俄羅斯和印度等10餘個國際同行合作以國際研究材料完成了若干個屬級分類單元的世界性、中印區和東亞地區生物地理範圍內的修訂性研究，以及系統發育分析和生物地理研究。發表論文120餘篇，多數刊於國際學術刊物。其中近50篇屬SCI收錄刊物。主編教材一部，專著一部，參編教材和學術專著15部。在水生生物學領域，先後參加並完成國家“六五”“七五”、“八五”攻關，世界銀行貸款、水利部，國家環保總局。海洋局和省部級科研項目累計近40餘項。研究的水域涉及10餘省區40多個海洋和淡水水體。
