1979年7月出生於四川大竹,2002年7月電子科技大學應用化學本科畢業,2007年6月獲電子科技大學材料物理化學專業博士學位,同年6月留電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院工作。2009年5月-2010年5月在美國Los Alamos國家實驗室超導中心(Superconductor Technology Center)從事博士後研究,2010年5月-2011年5月美國Los Alamos國家實驗室綜合納米技術中心(Center for Integrated Nanotechnology)助理研究員。現為美國材料研究協會(MRS),美國真空協會(AVS),美國物理學會(APS),IEEE會員,中國真空學會高級會員,中國電子學會高級會員,四川省科協科青聯會理事。
長期從事薄膜材料的教學、科研和人才培養工作,先後負責包括青年973項目、自然科學基金、國家863項目、總裝預研、民口配套等10餘項科研項目;申請國家發明專利18項(授權12項);迄今在國內外刊物上發表研究論文100餘篇,被SCI收錄107次,被SCI他引530餘次,出版專著/教材(章節)5本,在國際國內學術會議和學術機構上作報告30餘次(邀請報告15次);獲國防科技進步三等獎;2013年入選教育部新世紀優秀人才,四川省傑出青年學術技術帶頭人和電子科技大學百人計劃青年項目,2015年獲四川省青年科技獎。 [1]

熊傑簡介

熊傑(1979.7-)男,博士,教授,特聘研究員,教育部新世紀優秀人才,四川省傑出青年學術技術帶頭人,電子科技大學百人計劃。1979年7月出生於四川大竹,2002年7月電子科技大學應用化學本科畢業,2007年6月獲電子科技大學材料物理化學專業博士學位,同年6月留電子科技大學微電子與固體電子學院工作。2009年5月-2010年5月在美國Los Alamos國家實驗室超導中心(Su-perconductor Technology Center)從事博士後研究,2010年5月-2011年5月美國Los Alamos國家實驗室綜合納米技術中心(Center for Integrated Nanotechnology)助理研究員。現為美國材料研究協會(MRS),美國真空協會(AVS),美國物理學會(APS),IEEE會員,中國真空學會高級會員,中國電子學會高級會員,四川省科協科青聯會員。

熊傑人物經歷

長期從事薄膜材料的教學、科研和人才培養工作,先後負責包括自然科學基金、國家863項目、總裝預研、民口配套等10餘項,作為主研人員參加7項科研項目;申請國家發明專利15項(授權5項);迄今在包括Nature Communications, Advan-ced Materials,Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics等國內外著名刊物上發表研究論文100餘篇,被SCI收錄76次、EI收錄82次,Google Scholar引用534次,被SCI他引310次,出版專著/教材(章節)3本,在國際國內學術會議和學術機構上作報告30餘次(邀請報告9次);獲國防科技進步三等獎; 2013年入選教育部新世紀優秀人才,2014年入選四川省傑出青年學術技術帶頭人和電子科技大學百人計劃青年項目。擔任國際期刊Advances in Materials Science and Engineering特邀客座主編(Lead Guest Editor),International Journal of Material Science(IJMS)共同主編(Co-Editor-in-Chief),Journal of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials編輯,併為多家國際學術期刊的審稿人。 [2]

指導本科畢業設計12名(其中3人獲優秀畢業論文):包括保研清華、北大、中科院物理所、浙大、電子科技大學等;美國留學,包括哥倫比亞大學、加州大學分校、德州大學分校等。
指導本科生創新項目5隊(共24名),吳云云、楊超等入選加拿大Mitacs本科生實習項目。
已與國內(清華、北大、華科、中科院、浙大、上海交大、蘭大、哈工大、蘇州大學等)、國際(劍橋、美國LANL、MIT、Brown、TAMU等)等單位建立了廣泛深入的合作關係。 [4]
