潘萌主要學術成就

主持國家自然科學基金重點項目等科研項目十餘項，發表SCI論文30餘篇，並在Lancet上發表臨牀病例。
明確天皰瘡抗原致病位點，確立早期診斷的方法；揭示免疫活性細胞在天皰瘡免疫調控網絡中的作用；提出天皰瘡皮損處存在異位淋巴結構，其中抗原特異性B細胞可在局部產生抗體，揭示了疾病發展的新機制。 [1]
