潘峯

潘峯 [1]  ,男,博士,清華大學教授、博士生導師,國家“萬人計劃”科技創新領軍人才,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,國家創新人才推進計劃重點領域創新團隊負責人,全國優秀科技工作者。長期在新材料領域從事薄膜材料結構與性能調控技術、聲表面波材料與器件、阻變存儲材料與器件、磁性材料與自旋電子學等研究,獲四項國家級和十項省部級科研成果獎勵,以及何梁何利基金科學與技術進步獎、中國真空科技成就獎。發表SCI論文300餘篇,出版專著兩部、教材一本,授權國家發明專利30餘項,國際專利2項 [3] 
2021年4月23日,入選中國工程院2021年院士增選有效候選人名單。 [2]
