漢英飲食文化詞典內容介紹

民以食為天。人類生存離不開飲食,而飲食文化構成了一個民族文化不可分割的組成部分。中華民族的飲食文化源遠流長,博大精深。中國菜不但受到各國人民的喜愛,而且更成為與國際友人交往的重要紐帶。
本書是作者在長期的教學和翻譯實踐過程中,根據所積累的大量詞彙,分門別類編著而成的,可供我國讀者和外國讀者學習、教學和翻譯參考之用。

漢英飲食文化詞典作者介紹

王逢鑫,1939年生於山東省青島市。1957年考入北京大學西方語言文學系英國語言文學專業,攻讀英國語言文學。1962年畢業後留校任教。現任北京大學英語系教授、博士生導師。1981年至1983年,曾在英國愛丁堡大學中文系教授中國文學、語言和文比。1980年和1990年曾在巴黎聯合國教育、科學和文化組織總部擔任同聲傳譯和筆譯工作。主要論著有:
