1995-2001年,瀋陽農業大學農學學士和碩士學位(本碩連讀);2001-2005年,中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所理學博士學位;2005年-現今,中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所生態系統觀測與模擬重點實驗室,博士後/助理研究員/副研究員/研究員。 [1] 
目前,合作發表論文112篇,h-index=22(Web of Science),其中第一或通訊作者論文40篇(SCI收錄23篇);授權國家發明專利7項(第一發明人2項)。主持中國科學院知識創新工程重要方向項目青年人才項目(KZCX2-EW-QN305)、國家自然科學基金NSFC-RCUK_NERC項目(中英關鍵帶)(41571130043)和國家自然科學基金面上項目(31470500、31070408和30670384)等。榮獲國家科技進步二等獎、中國科學院知識創新工程青年人才項目、中國生態學會第二屆青年科技獎、中國科學院王寬誠教育基金會獎學金資源與生態環境人才專項和IHDP-IGBP-WCRP START第十四屆獎學金等。 [1] 

温學發研究領域

研究領域是生態系統生態學,研究方向是穩定同位素生物地球化學與生態學,研究重點是生態系統水-碳-氮循環過程與機理。新的穩定同位素自然示蹤和標記技術在生態系統生態學中的應用將為水、碳和氮循環對氣候變化的響應與反饋研究提供新的研究機遇。重點圍繞生態系統水-碳-氮循環過程與機理為核心,以ChinaFLUX為依託,以穩定同位素紅外光譜(IRIS)和質譜(IRMS)技術為主要手段,以渦度相關(EC)技術為輔助手段,開展生態系統水-碳-氮通量及其穩定同位素通量的原位連續的協同觀測研究。藉助δD、δO、δC和δN穩定同位素技術分析陸地生態系統土壤-植被-大氣系統各水庫、碳庫和氮庫以及各庫之間水、碳和氮流動所發生的同位素效應,開展生態系統水、碳和氮過程及其對全球變化響應和適應性綜合研究,闡明驅動陸地生態系統的土壤-植被-大氣系統水、碳和氮循環的關鍵過程與機制。 [1]
