沈偉主要成就

1.在《Science》所發表的論文發現了一種新型GPCR 温度受體,被評為近期神經科學的‘top 7’的必讀文章。
2.在《PNAS》所發表的論文中發現了下丘腦負責調節體温與產熱的關鍵神經元;該工作在當期被領域專家評價為‘milestone’的成果。
3.在《Cell Research》所發表的論文中闡明瞭果蠅大腦內部氨基酸感受器促進攝食的分子機制;該工作入選了當期的Research Highlight。
4.在《Nature Neuroscience》所發表的工作是解析攝食和捕食行為背後的動機和獎賞機制;該工作在當期被領域專家評價為“shed new light”和“reveal new insights”的成果。
5.在《Science Advances》所發表的論文揭示了腦幹臂旁外側核兩種熱抵抗神經元差異編碼温度調節變量的機制;為體温調節疾病提供新細胞靶點,也為解碼其它本能行為提供了參考。 [1]
