楊虹人物經歷

1993年7月於無錫輕工大學(現江南大學)發酵工程專業獲得工學博士學位。1993年8月至今於上海交通大學生命科學技術學院工作,2002年起任教授,2003年起任博士生導師。期間曾分別在德國Hannover大學、日本筑波大學加拿大LAVAL大學留學和訪問研究。

楊虹研究方向

(1)環境微生物:富營養化湖泊中總浮游細菌、藍藻(特別是產微囊藻毒素藍藻)和溶藻細菌等多個微生物羣落結構分析及變遷規律的研究,溶藻細菌篩選、溶藻活性物質分離純化、溶藻功能基因的克隆、和溶藻機制的研究。
(2)益生乳酸細菌:益生雙歧桿菌和乳桿菌的定向篩選研究、雙歧桿菌和乳桿菌等的降膽固醇和抗氧化功能基因的克隆和異源表達研究、菌株的熱應激和酸應激機制研究、有害產物的檢測和產生機制研究。

楊虹主要貢獻

作為項目負責人先後主持多項國家自然科學基金項目、國家“863”和“973”子課題、上海市和企業委託等研究課題。
