梁迺聰（Conan Nai Chung LEUNG），生於香港，數學家，美國數學學會會士，香港中文大學數學系、香港中文大學數學科學研究所教授。 [1-2] 
梁迺聰1982年畢業於香港培正中學，同年考入香港中文大學數學系；1986年進入加利福尼亞大學聖迭戈分校，師從丘成桐教授，1987年獲得該校理學碩士學位；1993年獲得麻省理工學院數學哲學博士學位，隨後進入紐約大學柯朗數學科學研究所從事博士後研究；1994年加入明尼蘇達大學，歷任助理教授、副教授、正教授；2004年加入香港中文大學數學系及香港中文大學數學科學研究所，擔任教授 [3]  ；2010年獲得第五屆世界華人數學家大會陳省身獎 [4]  ；2013年當選為美國數學學會會士。 [1]

梁迺聰出生併成長於香港。
1968年，入讀香港培正幼稚園。
1982年，畢業於香港培正中學駿社，之後升讀香港中文大學數學系。
1986年，進入加利福尼亞大學聖迭戈分校，師從丘成桐教授。
1987年，獲得加利福尼亞大學聖迭戈分校理學碩士學位。
1993年，獲得麻省理工學院數學哲學博士學位，隨後進入紐約大學柯朗數學科學研究所從事博士後研究。
1996年，加入明尼蘇達大學，擔任助理教授，後逐步晉升為副教授、正教授。
2004年，加入香港中文大學數學系及香港中文大學數學科學研究所，擔任教授。 [3]
