林媛科學研究

林媛研究領域

曾先後在美國休斯敦大學從事介電薄膜外延生長和界面控制研究,在洛斯阿拉莫斯國家實驗室從事電子薄膜和納米材料的微結構控制和新型製備方法的研究,在英特爾封裝測試研發中心從事微電子封裝技術研究,回國以來,致力於系統地研究電子薄膜材料的生長,微結構和性能調控,及其在新型電子器件中的應用,已建立了團結協作,思想活躍的科研團隊,並承擔多項國家級科研項目。
研究課題涉及無機柔性電子器件,氧化物薄膜的合成與器件應用。 [1] 

林媛科研成果

研究領域是電子材料及薄膜微結構工程。對薄膜微結構進行調製,在氧化物薄膜生長和基於無機功能薄膜的柔性電子器件等方面取得了一系列創新性成果,相關研究成果已獲中國發明專利20餘項,美國專利4項,部分成果已應用到國內外微電子公司的器件製作中,先後在NatureMater等國際刊物發表相關基礎研究論文100餘篇。 [1]
