松胞菌素B;松胞素B;細胞分裂抑素B;針狀結晶。通常情況下穩定。不溶於水。熔點218~221℃。有毒。本品應密封於0℃以下乾燥保存。C29H37NO3。從真菌類Helminthosporium de-mariodeum中分離得到的代謝產物。是以希臘語的cytos(細胞)和chalasis(鬆弛)組合而命名的。在許多動植物細胞的細胞運動中,特別是可逆地抑制同微絲繫有關的現象。例如在0.5—1.0微克/毫升濃度下作用24小時,會使鼠的培養纖維芽細胞只進行核分裂,而細胞質的分裂受到抑制,從而成為多核細胞。5微克/毫升可阻止蛙的受精卵的卵裂溝的形成,致使不能進行正常的卵裂,也抑制淋巴球、海膽卵、肺上皮細胞等的細胞質分裂,還阻止原腸陷入(海膽、螠蟲等),雞的第五天的雛雞輸卵管的管狀腺的形成,唾液腺的形成,阻止因胚神經索的生長圓錐的運動引起的伸長等,阻止發育、形態形成等過程。此外,還阻害遊離細胞的移動,分離胚細胞的相互選別,阻止細胞向玻璃面上粘着和白血球的吞食作用、血小板的凝集、血餅的收縮、生長激素的釋放、甲狀腺素的分泌等。對於植物來説,30微克/毫升,1小時以內可以使燕麥的孑葉鞘和車軸藻的原生質流動完全停止。在這些情況下,用電子顯微鏡觀察,常能見到微絲的鏡相變化,其他已知細胞鬆弛素B還可抑制糖的輸送,可以考慮細胞鬆弛素B與細胞膜間的相互作用。此外還分離出數種具有類似結構和功能的物質,分別命名為細胞鬆弛素A、C、D、E、F。
