李立

CYCAN青年應對氣候變化行動網絡（China Youth Climate Action Network）——創始人

男 80後，畢業於解放軍信息工程大學。2004年開始參與環境保護志願者工作。曾創建院環保協會並任會長。2005年參與河南省地區性青年環境組織創建。曾任綠意中原——綠色青年交流網執行長。2005、2006、2009年度綠色中國年度人物提名。中國大學生環境合作論壇CEF指導委員，CYCAN創始人、顧問。

李立工作在中國青年應對氣候變化行動網絡，致力於推動中國青年參與應對氣候變化的進程。2004年在他大學2年級時他發起並創建了學校的環境保護社團。在2005年他聯合河南省的二十多所高校創建了"綠意中原"河南省綠色青年交流與合作中心。2006年他當選中國大學生環境組織合作論壇（CEF）的指導委員，並開始關注能源、氣候變化及意識教育議題。2007年他當選為第四屆CEF總協調，發起了以"氣候變化與青年-大學生環境責任"的第四屆CEF，在論壇後他代表CEF與其他6家青年環保組織一同發起了中國青年應對氣候變化行動網絡（CYCAN）。

現在CYCAN已經是中國最大的關注氣候變化議題的青年環保組織。2009.10.24由CYCAN發起的中國青年應對氣候變化行動日就有30個省份，至少300所大學的青年直接參與其中。2009年12月在他的帶領下CYCAN發起了中國青年COP15團隊並參與哥本哈根氣候大會，同年7月與北京大學清潔發展機制研究會、清華大學綠色協會一同舉辦了，第一次由中國青年自主發起的關於氣候變化與能源的峯會"國際青年氣候變化與能源峯會"。在CYCAN工作前，李立曾在中華環保基金會和中外對話工作。2008年2－6月他曾入選由北京大學環境學院與環保部宣教中心在北京大學開設的，"環境技術的市場化"2008貝邇綠色示範課程。2008年11月他受泰國朱拉隆功大學社會學研究所邀請，學習"全球化與社會化"國際課程。2009年他獲得TNC&SEE獎學金學習由印第安納大學、北大、中山大學，共同開發的“首屆綠色領導力課程”。 另外，做為中國青年代表他參加了由聯合國氣候變化框架公約委員會分別在波蘭和哥本哈根舉辦的第十四、十五屆締約國大會。2010年他入選中科院聯想之星CEO特訓班，成為最年輕的學員之一，接受包括柳傳志在內的專業導師教導。2011年他還參加了LEAD China的課程學習 ^[1]  。

In 2005 heunited20universities inHenanprovince and founded the Green Henan. In2006heparticipated intheCollege Environmental Forum (CEF) thatfocusedonenergyconservationand emission reduction. Li waslaterelectedastheUnder-Secretary-General for the Forum. In 2007,hefoundedCYCANwithsix other youth environment organizations. Atpresent,CYCANisthelargest youth environmental organization inChinathatfocusingonclimate changes issues. CYCAN has launchedpilotprogramsin23provinces and more than 150 universities. OutsideCYCAN,Lialsoworksfor the China Environmental ProtectionFoundation(CEPF)andChinaDialogue. In addition, he has enrolled in theBELLclimate changeandmarketization program in Peking University as wellasaGlobalizationand Social Transformation programinChulalongkornUniversity,Thailand. Li also attended the COP14 inPoznan,Poland asthe CYCANdelegation.
