李秀華，男，博士，重慶大學百人計劃特聘研究員，重慶大學大數據與軟件學院博士生導師, IEEE/ACM/CCF/CAAI會員。任職於重慶大學大數據與軟件學院。於加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學（University of British Columbia, UBC）獲電子與計算機工程系博士學位，師從Victor C.M. Leung教授（IEEE Fellow，加拿大皇家科學院院士，加拿大工程學院院士，加拿大工程研究院院士），於哈爾濱工業大學獲得本科碩士學位。總共發表國際SCI期刊論文15篇（JCR一區8篇，二區6篇，三區1篇），總影響因子約67（第一作者或通訊作者8篇，總影響因子約35，其中1篇為ESI高被引文章），國內EI核心期刊3篇（第一作者1篇），IEEE/ACM國際學術會議發表論文26篇（第一作者10篇），專著章節3個（均為第一作者或通訊作者），中國專利5個，Google Scholar總引用500餘次,國際學會發表演講10餘次。同時是40餘個國際會議/期刊的審稿人，也是10餘個國際會議的TPC成員。
