李秀華,男,博士,重慶大學百人計劃特聘研究員,重慶大學大數據與軟件學院博士生導師, IEEE/ACM/CCF/CAAI會員。任職於重慶大學大數據與軟件學院。於加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學(University of British Columbia, UBC)獲電子與計算機工程系博士學位,師從Victor C.M. Leung教授(IEEE Fellow,加拿大皇家科學院院士,加拿大工程學院院士,加拿大工程研究院院士),於哈爾濱工業大學獲得本科碩士學位。總共發表國際SCI期刊論文15篇(JCR一區8篇,二區6篇,三區1篇),總影響因子約67(第一作者或通訊作者8篇,總影響因子約35,其中1篇為ESI高被引文章),國內EI核心期刊3篇(第一作者1篇),IEEE/ACM國際學術會議發表論文26篇(第一作者10篇),專著章節3個(均為第一作者或通訊作者),中國專利5個,Google Scholar總引用500餘次,國際學會發表演講10餘次。同時是40餘個國際會議/期刊的審稿人,也是10餘個國際會議的TPC成員。
