三、學術成果
主要從事低維材料的製備、表徵及器件應用研究,通過揭示器件宏觀性能與微觀工作機制的關係為相關器件的設計優化提供思路。在Advanced Materials、Nano Energy、Nano Letters、Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Functional Materials以及JACS等國際知名期刊上發表SCI收錄論文40餘篇,其中影響因子大於10的論文17篇。2018年獲得中國電子學會優秀博士論文獎。

(1)低維材料生長及器件微觀工作機制的原位電子顯微學研究;
(2)低維材料的設計合成及其在儲能器件中的應用及儲能機制的研究;
(3)低維半導體材料的力電性能及其在應變傳感中的應用。
