李全忠,男,2014年6月於中山大學獲博士學位,現為中山大學計算機學院副教授、碩士生導師,已發表SCI期刊論文80來篇,谷歌學術引用超過2200次,H-index為28;其中發表IEEE Transactions Top期刊論文30多篇,6篇論文入選ESI高被引論文。主持多項國家級和省部級科研項目,2017年獲廣東省科學技術獎(自然科學)二等獎(排名第3),入選2020、2021全球前2%頂尖科學家“年度影響力”榜單。擔任SCI期刊Mobile Information Systems的編委,是IEEE旗艦會議IEEE ICC/IEEE Globecom的技術程序委員會成員。
