本片與1991年-1994年播出的《蝙蝠俠動畫系列》（Batman：The Animated Series）、1997年-1998年播出的《蝙蝠俠新冒險》（The New Batman Adventures）、1999年-2001年播出的《未來蝙蝠俠》（Batman Beyond）及《蝙蝠俠：英勇無畏》並稱為“蝙蝠俠動畫五部曲”。
